As Director & Co-Founder, Nell oversees the running of Be Her Lead.

Before leaving teaching to run Be Her Lead, Nell taught Spanish and worked as Deputy Head of Year 9 and Assistant Duke of Edinburgh Coordinator at Villiers High School in Southall, West London. She trained with Teach First, after working as an Advertising Sales Executive.

Eve is Lead Practitioner for Literacy at Bolder Academy in London, as well as chairing our Advisory Board. Eve taught English with Edie, Nell and Sabina and continues to run a Be Her Lead group at Bolder!

Sabina is an Assistant Head of Year and Business Studies Teacher in London. She also sits on our Advisory Board and continues to lead our staff training.

Edie co-founded Be Her Lead while teaching in Berlin, having worked with Eve, Sabina and Nell as an English Teacher and Enrichment Coordinator in London. She ran Be Her Lead together with Nell until summer 2022, when she left to retrain as a child psychotherapist.
